使用電腦和科技未經允許進入系統的人。有時這個詞也指具備高級電腦技能的人，不一定都做非法行為。

「駭客」通常在非正式和網路領域使用。不是所有駭客都是壞人，「白帽駭客」是協助安全的。容易跟「crackers」（惡意入侵者）混淆。常見說法：「道德駭客」、「黑帽駭客」。
