Definition

習慣是你經常做、甚至不用多想就會去做的事情。它可以是有幫助的日常行為，也可以是很難改掉的行為。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常和 'have', 'develop', 'break', 'get into' 搭配，如 'have a habit'、'break a habit'。它通常指個人反覆出現的行為，可以是好的也可以是壞的。'Custom' 更偏社會傳統，'routine' 則更強調按計畫進行的一系列事情。
