水や感情などが勢いよく一気に出る様子。人が過度に熱心に気持ちを表現する時にも使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に水や血液などの流れを表す時や、人が強い感情や称賛を熱く強調して語る場合に使います。「gushing praise」はやや大げさな褒め言葉です。
