指依法或正式負責照顧他人的人,尤其是兒童或無法自理的人。也可以泛指保護者或守護者。

'Guardians' 多用於正式或法律語境,指對某人負有法律責任的成年人(如“legal guardians”)。也可泛指保護者(如“guardians of the environment”)。與“parents”(父母)不同,但父母有時也是guardians。
