祖父母

Definition

母親か父親の両親のこと。おじいさんとおばあさんを指します。

常に複数形で使い、両家のおじいちゃん・おばあちゃんを指します。母方は「母方の祖父母」、父方は「父方の祖父母」と区別できます。
