嫁接是將活組織移植到另一株植物或身體部位上。也可以指非法或不誠實地利用權力，特別是收受賄賂。

在醫學和植物學中，「graft」是正式術語。在政治或俚語中，主要於美式英語表示貪污受賄。不要和「craft」（技巧）混淆。英式英語裡，「graft」也可指辛苦工作（非正式）。
