用手快速拿住或抓住某物。也可以指很快地獲得某物，比如「買杯咖啡」那樣的用法。

非正式用語；通常表示迅速、隨意的動作，特別用於食物、飲料（如“grab lunch”），或把握機會。不表示用力搶奪（那用“snatch”）。口語常用。
