Definition

国や地域、人々の集団を公式に統治・指導すること。また、物事の仕組みに影響を与える意味もある。

主に法律や政治などのフォーマルな場面で使い、『country』『state』『organization』などと一緒によく使う。小さなグループには使わず、その場合は「lead」「manage」などを使う。
