재미있거나 어색할 때 나오는, 통제하기 힘든 작고 높은 웃음소리.

'킥킥거림' 또는 '깔깔거림'은 주로 아이들이나 여럿이 작게 웃을 때 쓴다. 공식적인 상황엔 잘 쓰지 않음. 큰소리 웃음과는 구별됨.

The children had giggles during the story.

아이들은 이야기 도중에 **킥킥거림**을 터뜨렸다.
