「将軍たち」は軍隊で高い地位にある指揮官で、大勢の兵士や大規模な作戦を指揮します。

複数の軍隊指揮官を指すときに使われ、歴史やニュース、軍事の場などフォーマルな文脈でよく使われます。「general（一般的な）」と混同しないようにしましょう。
