Definition

花や野菜などを育てたり、景観やリラックスを目的とした場所。公園や装飾的な庭としても使われる。

'public gardens'（公園）、'botanical gardens'（植物園）、'community gardens'（地域の庭園）などとよく使う。詩的な表現としても使われる場合がある。イギリスでは広い公園全体を表すこともある。
