गैले एक प्राचीन नाव है जो चप्पुओं और कभी-कभी पाल से चलती थी, या जहाज या विमान में रसोईघर को कहा जाता है।

आधुनिक अंग्रेज़ी में 'galley' आमतौर पर जहाज या विमान के रसोईघर के लिए प्रयोग होता है; पुराने जहाज वाला अर्थ अधिक ऐतिहासिक है। इसे 'gallery' (चित्र प्रदर्शनी) से न मिलाएँ। हवाई जहाज़ में 'galley' वह जगह है जहाँ खाना-पीना तैयार/रखा जाता है।
