Definition

একটি বাড়ির দুই পাশে যে ত্রিভুজাকৃতি দেওয়ালের শীর্ষাংশ, যেখানে স্লোপ করা ছাদ দেয়ালের সঙ্গে মেলে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

মূলত স্থাপত্যের বর্ণনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'steep gables', 'decorative gables', এবং 'gable roof'—এই সমস্ত শব্দগুচ্ছের সঙ্গে দেখতে পাওয়া যায়। অন্য অর্থের সাথে বিভ্রান্ত হবেন না।
