Definition

部屋や建物に家具や必要な物を備え付けること。また、必要なものを提供する意味もあります。

備えるは主に必要な物を揃える意味で使います。'furnish a house'のように家具を配置する場合や、情報などを提供する場合にも使います。装飾（decorate）とは異なります。
