逃犯是指正在逃跑的人，通常是逃避警方或法律的人。這個詞也可以指逃避危險或迫害的人。

通常在正式、新聞或法律場合使用。“fugitive from justice”等搭配常見。專指逃避法律追捕的人，不是一般逃走的人。不要和“refugee”（難民）混淆。
