共通の目的や関心を持ち、兄弟のようなつながりを感じる人々の集まり。アメリカでは主に男子大学生の社交クラブの意味もある。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

アメリカでは男子大学生の社交クラブを主に指すが、一般的には「兄弟愛」「仲間意識」という意味でも使う。女性グループには'sorority'という別の言葉を使う。
