法郎是過去在幾個國家（特別是法國和瑞士）使用的貨幣單位。也可以指坦率或直言的人，但這種用法在現代英語中很少見。

在英語中，「franc」幾乎總是指貨幣（法國、瑞士、非洲等）。很少用於指坦率的人。請勿與「frank」（坦率的）混淆，這是不同的詞。
