鳍肢是某些动物（如海豚、海豹和海龟）用来游泳的扁平宽大肢体。也指弹球机上用来弹球的挡板。

在海洋生物学中，“flipper”特指水生动物宽大可游泳的肢体，区别于鱼的“fin”（鱼鳍）。在弹球机上下有特指挡板部件。一般只在这些场合出现。
