施設能力（物事をうまく行う力）

特定の目的で作られた場所や建物、サービスのことです。また、何かを簡単にうまくできる能力を指すこともあります。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
一般的には施設（建物やサービス）の意味で使われます。複数形“facilities”は「設備」や「アメニティー」を指します。能力の意味はやや形式的で「a facility for languages」などの表現で使われます。
