人們為了增強體能或練習技能而進行的活動。可以指體育鍛鍊，也可以指課堂上的練習題。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
可以指體育鍛鍊（「做練習」）或課堂練習題。複數時通常指多項練習或活動。不要和不可數用法（泛指鍛鍊）混淆。
