多用於描述讓人感到強烈正面情緒的事物或事件。既可正式也可非正式使用。通常用來形容事物對人的影響（「消息激發了他」），不是身體刺激。‘excited’形容人的情緒。不要跟‘incite’（煽動，較負面）混淆。
