'Examining' أكثر رسمية من 'looking at'. كثيرًا ما يُستخدم مع عبارات مثل 'examining evidence' (فحص الأدلة)، 'examining a patient' (فحص مريض). يدل على تدقيق وفحص دقيق، وليس مجرد نظرة سريعة.
