Definition

家賃未払いなどの理由で、法律に基づいて住んでいる人を家や物件から退去させること。

主に法律や住宅関連の文脈で使われます。「立ち退かせる」は賃貸契約や裁判所命令で使われます。学校やカジュアルな場面では使いません。
