將人們從危險地點移到安全處，或清空一個地方的過程。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常用於緊急情況（火災、天災、炸彈威脅）。可用於新聞、官方和日常生活。常和「緊急」、「計畫」等詞一起使用。不是指一般的離開，要用「離開」。
