Definition

「Etc」是「et cetera」的縮寫，意思是「等等」或「諸如此類」。用於列舉事物的最後，表示還有其他類似的東西沒列出。

主要用於書面語中（尤其是列舉時），很少用於正式文章或口語裡。不適合指人名。通常放在逗號之後。避免過度使用「etc」，否則會顯得不夠明確。有可能時應列舉具體項目。
