正式加入或報名某個組織，尤指參軍。有時也指被列入名單。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於軍事，指普通士兵，不包括軍官。也可泛指加入任何組織。不要與 'listed'（僅指上榜）混淆。
