執行者とは、法や規則が守られているか管理する人、または犯罪組織などで力や暴力で従わせる役割の人です。

法や犯罪などフォーマルな場面で使われることが多いです。スポーツでは仲間を守る役割、犯罪の場合は暴力を使う人物です。
