終わり終わる

Definition

物事の最終部分や終わること。また、何かを終わらせることも指します。

名詞の「終わり」は物事のラスト部分に、動詞の「終わる」は物事を終える動作に使います。「at the end」「end up」など熟語も多く使われます。「finish」「stop」との違いに注意。

This is the end of the movie.

これが映画の**終わり**です。

We will meet at the end of the street.
