Definition

誰かに自信ややる気、サポートを与えて何かをするよう促すこと。また、ある事が起こりやすくなるようにする意味もある。

フォーマル・カジュアルどちらでも使う。'子供', '生徒', 'チームワーク' など対象は多様。'to不定詞'や動名詞の形で後に動作が続くことが多い。
