エンチラーダは、トルティーヤに具を巻いてスパイシーなソースをかけ、焼いたメキシコの料理です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ほとんどの場合メキシコ料理の名前として使われますが、英語フレーズ“the whole enchilada”は「全部」や「全体」という意味もあります。日本語では主に料理名として使用されます。
