端縁

Definition

「端」や「縁」は物の終わりや境界となる部分、または鋭い部分を指します。

複数の端や縁を指すときに使います。'sharp edges'（鋭い端）、'the edges of the table'（テーブルの縁）、'rough around the edges'（まだ完璧でない）などの表現でよく使います。'角'（corner）や'側面'（side）とは区別します。

Be careful with the edges of that knife.
