將某物快速沾入液體，通常是食物；也指在籃球中用手將球灌進籃框得分。

在關於食物時常指快速沾一下，像是沾餅乾；在體育則多指籃球的灌籃。不可用於長時間浸泡（用'soak'）。作名詞時多為籃球動作。
