Definition

ダクトは、空気や液体などを一箇所から別の場所へ運ぶための管やチャンネルです。建物の換気や、身体の中で使われます。

「ダクト」は技術的な文脈（エアダクトなど）や生物学的な用途（涙管など）が多い単語です。日常会話にはあまり出てきません。

The air travels through the duct in the ceiling.

空気は天井の**ダクト**を通って流れる。
