Definition

指睡覺時做夢，或愉快地幻想自己想要的事情。也可以形容人恍神、注意力不在眼前的事上。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常用於進行式，如 'I was dreaming' 或 'She keeps dreaming about Paris'。'dreaming of/about' 常表示嚮往、憧憬某種未來；'daydreaming' 更明確指清醒時發呆幻想。口語裡，'You’re dreaming' 也可表示「你想得太美了」或「不切實際」.
