Definition

誰かや何かを急に、またはこっそり放置したり見捨てたりすること。学校や仕事をサボる場合にもよく使われる表現です。

カジュアルな表現で、友達同士やSNSなどで使われます。「学校をサボる」や「人を置いていく」などの状況に適します。フォーマルな場では使いません。

He is ditching class again today.
