불안한괴로워하는낡은 듯한 (패션)

Definition

매우 걱정하거나 불안하거나 괴로운 상태. 또는 물건이나 옷이 낡고 헌 것처럼 보이게 한 상태를 의미함.

주로 강한 감정 상태에서 사용하며 'devastated'보다는 약하고 'upset'보다는 강함. 패션에서는 'distressed look'이란 낡은 느낌을 말함. 경제에서는 ‘distressed asset’이란 재정 문제 있는 자산을 의미.

She looked distressed after the bad news.
