Definition

指两个地方、人与物之间相隔的空间长度。也可以指关系上的疏远，尤其是情感上的不亲近。

常和 'measure the distance'、'keep your distance'、'cover a long distance' 搭配。日常中多指实际的空间距离，但 'emotional distance' 也很常见。不要和 'far' 混淆，'far' 通常是形容词或副词。
