異議は、他人の意見や決定などに公に、または正式に同意しないことを指します。特に政治や法的な場面で使われます。

法的や政治的な場面でよく使われます。「voice dissent（異議を唱える）」は公に反対意見を述べることを指します。「disagree」より強く、公的な意味合いがあります。
