Definition

議論とは、人々がある事柄について話し合い、意見を交換し、お互いの理解を深めることです。フォーマルな場でもカジュアルな場でも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「議論する」「ディスカッションを始める」「議論をリードする」などと使う。'議論'は普通、中立的な話し合いで、「けんか」ほど激しくない。
