Definition

「discuss」の過去形および過去分詞形で、話題や問題、計画などを詳しく話し合ったことを表します。

通常「discuss」の後に直接話題を置き、「about」は使いません。「discussed issues」より「issues discussed」の方が自然に使われます。

We discussed the homework in class today.

今日の授業で私たちは宿題について**話し合った**。

They discussed the plan before dinner.

彼らは夕食の前に計画を**話し合った**。

The teacher discussed the new rules with us.
