Piskoposluk, çoğunlukla Hristiyanlıkta bir piskoposun yönetimindeki, birden fazla kilise veya cemaatten oluşan bölgedir.

Kelime genellikle Katolik, Anglikan ve Ortodoks kiliselerinde kullanılır. 'bishop' (piskopos) veya 'cathedral' (katedral) ile birlikte sıkça geçer; diğer dinlerin bölgesel terimleri için kullanılmaz.
