他の人に書き取らせるために話したり、物事のやり方を強く指示したりすること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「dictating」は誰かに手紙やメモを書き取らせるときや、命令してコントロールする場合に使う。'dictating a letter'や'bossがdictatingする'などで使われる。'predicting'や'indicating'とは意味が違うので注意。
