テニスで両者が40点で並んだときのスコアを指します。また、トランプやサイコロの「2」を意味します。

主にテニスの得点用語（『デュースに入る』『デュースの場面』）で使われます。カードやサイコロでは『2』を差します。「悪魔」の意味はほとんど使われません。
