言葉を使って人や物の見た目や特徴、行動などを説明すること。'Describing' は物事について詳しく説明することです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'Describing' は進行形でよく使われます（例：'He is describing...'）。人や場所、物、感情の細かい説明に使われます。'describing someone/something' という表現がよくあります。意見や分析を述べる時にはあまり使いません。
