Definition
錯覺是指即使有證據證明錯誤，仍堅信的錯誤觀念或想法。在心理學中，常指因精神障礙而產生的妄想。

'Delusion' 多用於正式與心理學語境，指執著且錯誤的信念。日常語言中，形容與現實脫節的人。勿與 illusion（錯覺/幻覺）或 dream（夢想/抱負）混淆。
