代表團是指被選來代表他人的一羣人，特別是在會議或活動中。它也可以指把權力或任務委託給他人的行為。

英文 ‘delegation’ 可以是團體（如 ‘臺灣代表團’），也可以表示分派職責（delegation of work）。在商務中很常見。不要和 ‘delegate’ （代表或動詞委託）混淆。
