色や飾り、物などを加えてもっと魅力的にした状態。人が勲章などを授与された場合にも使います。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
部屋、家、お祝い時の通り、ケーキなどでよく使います。人に使うときは「勲章を与えられた」意味も。'with'（飾りの内容）と一緒に使うことが多いです。
