davenport 指大型、常見於舊時的沙發，有時候可以當牀用。在某些地區也指一種小型寫字桌，但通常指沙發。

“davenport” 是舊時用語，主要由美國、加拿大部分地區的年長者使用。現今一般說“沙發”。偶爾可指寫字桌，但極少用。
