Definition
Bir çocuğun veya başka bir kişinin yasal olarak bakımı ve sorumluluğu. Polis veya yetkililer tarafından tutulmak anlamına da gelir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
En çok hukukta ('child custody', 'joint custody', 'sole custody') ve polisle ilgili ('in custody', 'take into custody') kullanılır. Gündelik bakım anlamında kullanılmaz.
