カフス手錠
Definition
カフスは袖やズボンの裾の端部分で、折り返して仕立てられることが多いです。また、カフスは手錠（手首にかける金属の拘束具）を指すこともあります。

通常は複数形で使います。服なら『シャツのカフス』『ジーンズのカフス』といいます。手錠の意味では日常会話やスラングで使用し、『put the cuffs on』は「手錠をかける」という意味になります。
